“Stronger as You Get Older.”

That’s the mantra I always remind my coaching clients because I’ve discovered the formula through my coaching philosophy as the Head Coach of SACRun.Coach: helping runners become stronger and smarter with age.

This isn’t an overnight success story. It’s a journey, a long-term commitment to understanding the power of recovery, the value of consistency, and how to train smart while balancing a busy lifestyle.

For the past three years, I’ve embraced the challenge of pursuing higher education at MSU, all while coaching full-time and training as a high-performance marathoner. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned to trust the process. I’ve learned to appreciate the small wins, and most importantly, I’ve learned that there’s no need to compare my path with anyone else’s.

Today, I turn 38, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep running, learning, and inspiring. I want every coaching client to know: the education in running never stops, and when you train smart, you can enjoy this sport for life. Thank you for all the wishes! 🙏🏽❤️😊

Let’s continue to run strong, no matter our age. 💪👟

🚨 SCAM ALERT: ₱300K++ COLNAGO BIKE, PAID VIA CHECK, NOW UNREACHABLE! 🚨
Patulong naman po mahanap itong scammer na ‘to who took advantage of our friend. He paid for the bike worth ₱325,000 via check, pero after the transaction, blinock na siya at nilock na rin ang Facebook account niya.

As of now, the check has not cleared and is most likely to bounce, especially after finding out this person has a history of scamming using bounced checks.

📌 Scammer Details:
- Name Used: Murphy Anthony https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573592261020
- Facebook: Profile now locked
- Has prior scam reports from others (see photos for proof)

📌 Modus:
- Claimed payment via check for ₱325,000.
- Picked up the bike himself, using a white Toyota Avanza, plate number NCG 8852.

📌 Stolen Bike:
- Colnago G4X Gravel Bike, Yellow
📍 Pickup Location:
Dulo by Antipolo Cafe | July 16, 2025
