This SharQ Sessions has been live recorded at the Sint-Lambertuskerk Gemonde (NLD)
This SharQ Session captures TuskHead performing “Hello, Goodbye” live with Keenan Schuck on pedal steel, recorded in Sint-Lambertuskerk in Gemonde, a small church from the 1920s, just across the street from where Patrick van Zandwijk, aka TuskHead, lives now.
“Hello, Goodbye” is one of the songs from the latest TuskHead album “Two Faced”. A quiet, reflective song about a love that didn’t last. It looks back with both longing and acceptance, wondering what it would feel like to meet again, or if the words would even come. Keenan’s pedal steel adds a gentle, aching layer, carrying the weight of everything left unsaid.
Patrick grew up in Asperen, a small village in the middle of the Netherlands. While this church isn’t part of his childhood, places like this still feel familiar, tied to memories and a sense of home that lingers, even as things change.
