looking back at copenhagen fashion week with such a full heart. 🤍
i cried, i laughed, i felt tired, overwhelmed and exhausted, but most importantly, i felt alive again. i experienced so many emotions throughout these days, and somehow, all of them reminded me how much i’ve missed feeling connected to myself and to what i love doing.
i allowed myself to be vulnerable, to put my feelings out there and let people see parts of me i usually keep hidden. for me, that is a huge accomplishment. vulnerability has never been easy for me, so being able to open up, express myself and truly let myself be seen is something i’m genuinely proud of.
i’m so grateful for the people i reconnected with, especially those who have known me for years, knew what i had been through and still looked out for me. those connections mean more to me than i can put into words.
and then there were all the amazing new people i met. new faces, conversations, connections, opportunities and so much inspiration. it reminded me that sometimes you just have to put yourself out there again, even after difficult times, and allow yourself to see what can happen.
after everything this past year brought, being able to step back into something i truly love feels incredibly special. i feel energized. motivated. inspired. happy. brand new. and most of all, i feel like myself again.
there’s something so powerful about realizing that i can do this on my own. that i can find my way back to what i love, create new opportunities and keep moving forward with everything i’ve learned along the way.
thank you, copenhagen, and thank you to every person who crossed my path during this experience. thank you for opening my eyes again, reminding me who i am, making me feel seen and reminding me that there is still so much ahead of me.
i’m leaving with a full heart, a renewed sense of purpose, new doors opening and so much excitement for what’s next.
see you again next february for cphfw winter edition. 🤍
