Released in 2007, Counter Surveillance marked the fourth chapter in the Spy Technologies series, continuing DSCI4's exploration of the darker, more futuristic edge of drum & bass.

Bringing together producers from across the international underground, the LP featured exclusive tracks from Masheen & Kano, Prode, Proket, Dementia & Rregula, and NPhonix—each delivering their own take on the precision, atmosphere and weight that defined the sound of the era.
