Michael Poulsen went through a third throat operation before recording the new VOLBEAT album, this time using a blue laser procedure to deal with damaged blood vessels and vocal issues 🎤

He admitted the recovery took months and said he came back too early after previous surgeries, which affected his voice on the road 🔥

For the new material he deliberately pulled back on the constant singing and left more room for riffs and guitar work 🎸
