He outlined the path towards winning the war in 5 steps:
- Providing Ukraine with all the necessary weapons to fight back.
- Increase the US allies' investments in deterrence and defense.
- Boost NATO's forward military presence on its Eastern flank in Europe to bolster the credibility of deterrence capabilities.
- Dispel illusions on the time scale of the sanctions against Russia.
- Make the costs of war that go beyond a financial perspective clear to Russia and hold it accountable for the war's consequences.

Poland expelled 45 Russian diplomats after arresting a low-level civil servant on suspicion of spying, joining a counter-espionage crackdown taking places across the European Union’s east following Moscow’s attack of Ukraine.

Adrian Kellgren's family-owned gun company in Florida was left holding a $200,000 shipment of semiautomatic rifles after a longtime customer in Ukraine suddenly went silent during Vladimir Putin's invasion of the country.

Fearing the worst, Kellgren and his company, KelTec, decided to put those stranded 400 guns to use, sending them to Ukraine's nascent resistance movement to help civilians fight back against a Russian military that has been repeatedly shelling their apartment buildings, schools, hospitals and hiding places.
