We brought Frisia’s brand-new gorilla mascot to life! You’ll spot him out in the wild on candy packs and starring in his very own action-packed TV commercial. The first gorilla to hit the scene represents Frisia’s Line of Gummy candy.

The visual style is a playful throwback to the ’90s, featuring cut-out collage elements and bold, colorful graphics. We had an absolute blast collaborating with and Astra Sweets to make this character come alive.

And this is just the beginning the first in a whole series of commercials coming soon to a screen near you. Stay tuned!

We’ve been rocking Dutch brand Protest since we were kids, so creating animations for their Protest Fun(d) was an honor! This project encourages everyone to submit their coolest ideas and get creative.

We took the team out on quit Wednesday afternoon to see our short film “Drawn Out” / “Monsterlijk Mooi” in the VUE Cinema in front of trolls 3.

It was freaking awesome to see our film in dolby digital on a large screen. Thanks to VUE cinema’s and filmfonds for this oppertunity. We have already had some heart warming responses from people who have seen our film in the cinema.

You may have already seen the news, but our short "Drawn Out" / "Monsterlijk Mooi" can be seen in VUE cinemas from the 18th of October, playing ahead of (*drum roll...*) Trolls 3! We are beyond excited to have our film play before a DreamWorks film and have audiences find out what happens when you mess with an artist.

We are very excited to announce that our short film "Monsterlijk Mooi", "Draw Out Your Monster" was selected to be funded by the Nederlands Filmfonds !! The announcement was made during the Nederlands-FilmFestival Nff this weekend! We are so proud of the team that has worked on this and everyone who has helped making this possible! It is really a dream come true for us individually and as studio!

Why monkeys?

We were allowed to do basically everything, even if it meant making fun of everyone at the office. Of course, it would only be fair if I also made fun of myself a little bit. Just a little bit though. Not only that, but monkeys are also chaotic and hyperactive just like us. Monkeys copy each others behaviour so it totally makes sence the tower keeps piling up, when a monkey sees another monkey jump they do the same.

This is what she had to say about it.

“Make an animation of our logo as your introductory project” they said - so I delivered: guns, explosions, and Utter Chaos! I was inspired by PHUNK’s other character animations. It was my goal to mix some goofiness and epicness into just one production, led by a theme of sci-fi cowboys fighting gremlins to survive.

For the past months every Wednesday, we have been having meetings to realize our ambitious long-form animation project “Jutter”. This is a 3D clayrender of our protagonist Aad. He is a grumpy captain who collects all sorts of curiosities and artifacts throughout the galaxy.
