You can now assign users to items and track progress with clear status labels like To Do, In Review, and Done.

Each user can instantly filter the library to see their own items, grouped by status, making collaboration faster, clearer, and more efficient.

This new workflow upgrade will be released in version 12.3.0, due for May 12.

Omroep Zilt selects Caliope’s OnAir Radio to power its broadcast automation.

Omroep Zilt, the regional broadcaster serving the communities of Northwest Friesland, has officially chosen Caliope’s OnAir Radio as its new radio automation platform. The decision marks a strategic upgrade in the station’s technical infrastructure, enabling smoother operations, greater flexibility, and significant time savings across its daily programming.

Omroep Zilt is known for its deep regional roots and mix of local news, culture, and music. The station sought a modern, future-proof solution that could handle both live and automated workflows with ease. After evaluating several options, OnAir Radio stood out for its intuitive interface, robust scheduling tools, and seamless integration capabilities.

EWTN Español selects OnAir TV to streamline broadcast operations.

OOG Groningen, the local broadcaster in the city of Groningen, The Netherlands, has selected OnAir Radio as its new radio automation software.

Regio FM orders OnAir radio, OnAir WebX and OnAir Spots.

Regio FM, broadcasting under the name of RTV Midden Groningen, has ordered OnAir Radio, OnAir WebX and OnAir Spots.

It was time for a software upgrade, and after thorough research and a demo, Regio FM determined that Caliope was the best fit for its needs. The station was particularly impressed with the remote voice-track capabilities of OnAir WebX.

According to the stadionmanager from Regio FM:

“OnAir WebX is exactly what we were looking for. It allows our team to record voice tracks from remote locations using nothing more than a web browser and a microphone.

As a local radio broadcaster, this solution meets our needs perfectly. Gone are the days when voice-trackers had to install software on their laptops or synchronize all music manually. Now, a voice-tracker can log in to our voice-track page via a web browser and record voice tracks without requiring any additional software or tedious data syncing.

It also works in real time; once a voice track is recorded, it is immediately inserted into the playlist without any extra manual steps, just like recording in the studio.

Additionally, OnAir WebX lets users listen to items before and after the voice track during recording, providing an experience that closely mimics live broadcasting. Adjusting cue points and volume is also effortless in OnAir WebX. With its stable and user-friendly radio software, we are confident that we made the right choice.“
