Thursday night Worship Service will be held at the Hamilton County 4H Fairgrounds on July 28th. A celebration dinner will begin at 5:00pm in lieu of Thursday Night Dinner Table. Worship Service immediately following dinner.

Our ways of life make this idea almost foreign to us, but there are a lot of health benefits to trying it. The meeting starts at 7pm in the KidsZone at White River Christian Church.

TONIGHT'S MEETING-RESISTANCE BANDS Tonight, we will talk about how strength training is a critical part of your wellness regimen and how to use resistance bands to get a full-body workout. Come ready to move if you would like to participate and try the exercises. If you have your own resistance band(s), bring them with you. OR, Karen Steighner, our Walk Live instructor, sells great resistance bands for only $5.

But knowledge is no good unless you have the will to put your knowledge into practice. Monday, April 12, we'll be talking about willpower, self-control, and DISCIPLINE. Without discipline, all the information and knowledge we have given you is USELESS!

Our meeting Monday, February 22, will be at the public library in Noblesville, just north of 32 on Cumberland Road.We will still have Walk LIVE at 5:00 at White River Christian Church. The meeting will start at 6:30pm.There will be no weigh-in and no childcare this week, but also NO COST!The topic this week is "Women's Heart Health," and we will welcome a speaker from Riverview's Cardiac Rehab department.

Monday, we're going to talk about the health benefits of pumpkins, share pumpkin recipes, & show you how to use a pumpkin to get a GREAT resistance workout. (you are supposed to bring one) Well, they are getting harder and harder to find! Any spherical, 5-10 lb object will work. Marsh has personal watermelons for $2.99! Or, if you have a medicine ball, that would be great too. Just come dressed to move!
