Our reporters in action! They collected some medical tips for you 👇

1. The pain is just in your head

2. Every step you take, is one step closer to the finish line

3. If you are looking for a solution: it is white the tent across the beertent!

4. Don’t drink only water, also add electrolytes. Stay hydrated!

5. The more you take care of yourself and your buddies, the less you see us

6. Keep your feet dry, you can’t have enough socks

7. It is only 1 time 40 kilometers a day, it is only 40 times 1 kilometer

8. Next year new chances!

9. Do we have to wear a helmet? No, just don’t forget your shoes

10. A night without sleep means you lived an extra day

11. In the end, the sweep team will come and get you

12. Please wash your feet, the medics also have feelings

13. Please be nice to the medics, you will need them

14. The waiting might take some time, but so does taking care of you

15. You never walk alone

16. Voor onze nederlanders: Pijn is fijn, bloed is goed, blaren moet je sparen
