Ohana-Magazine was founded in the summer of 2013 by former schoolmates Sammy & Arjan. Their main goal with their magazine is to create a solid platform with an unique archive. Wether it is about good music, culture, art or just interesting lifestyle new, they just want to share their love for these subjects and create a platform for upcoming and already praised talents. "Ohana" is an Hawaiian word that means: nobody gets left behind; it also refers to a close group of people that resemble a family. The reason why they chose this name is because they want to create a magazine where anybody can feel home, the underdog that want recognition or the more known names still going hard. They want to promote talent instead of entertainment, make you see something new and broad your horizon. This place where the love of creativity is the main incentive. Ohana want to support everybody: one of their main goals is promote upcoming talents is their industry. They want to help people open doors for themselves and create a creative environment in which they can grow. The big dream for Ohana-Magazine is to create a physical lifestyle magazine. which you can touch, read, tear, cut and use as your own daily inspiration in whatever means you like. Ohana-Magazine stand along with those that feel and breath through art.
