Yesterday, on 12 May 2025, we celebrated 9!!! years of building, learning, growing Embrosa โ€” and I personally celebrated one very special '๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ฆ' with my co-founder Rogier van den Berg ... we're still going strong. ๐Ÿ’ช

Last Monday, CooperVision hosted the Myopia Management Event 2025, bringing together opticians, contact lens specialists, and ophthalmologists to tackle one of the biggest eye health challenges in children today: myopia.

My role at the event? I showed how marketing can truly make a difference. January at Embrosa was... eventful.

Last weekend Anouk and Melanie visited opti, the 1st optical trade show of the year in Munich.

Compared to previous years, it was much more evident this year:
An increasing number of brands are willing to join our mission to keep High Streets Thriving and help their independent shop owners succeed in marketing. They all see the win-win for brands and opticians.

These brands bring the marketing of their opticians to the next level by offering them hyper-local and personalized marketing campaigns, allowing these resellers the center stage in the campaign.

So we look back at a wonderful show: we met customers to discuss how we can further improve our service, we updated them on all the cool tech improvements within the Embrosa platform and we asked new brands to join Embrosa and also upload content.

And we truly had a blast. The optical market is warm and helpful. So we had a lot of catching up to do with our optical friends while eating, drinking, dancing, and laughing. So the work & fun balance at opti was just perfect! I think the pictures show. ๐Ÿ“ธ
