DJ Starmist is an artist alias of Sturla T Sivertsen. A 28 year old Norwegian music producer and DJ from Norway:

I was born in June, 1985 in Kristiansund, Norway. I grew up in the little town of Dombås, Norway, where I met my passion for music. In 1992, when ace of base dropped their 'Happy Nation' album, I got into it and was really facinated with it. And from there on a journey of a lot of artist fame from newer and newer artists made me very interested in how they made their music. When I was 15, I was introduced to music making and I started out with the cheap programs that you could buy at the local shops. From that time I was really into music and arranged my own small discoteques in my room and in my livingroom. Plus I always invited friends over for music. Things accelerated and a few years later, I was making really good music. I started buying more and more VST plugins and programs + sample packs when i moved to Kristiansund, Norway in year 2000. Since then I have gone through many genres, but mainly my passion is Club House, House, Progressive House, Trance, Techno and Breaks. I would say that i am now more sophisticated and professional than before in the main field of those previously mentioned genres. I would like to thank all of the people that has influenced me in the past and will in the future. Since i released my album, Expander One,
response has grown and DJ Starmist is becoming a more noticeable name. The other albums also help feed my reputation as an acclaimed DJ and music producer. DISCOGRAPHY:

ARTIST ALIASES: DJ Starmist Starmist C0N DiJ0 Klubb Musix Host BIOGRAPHY: Sturla T Sivertsen, the 34 year old which is more commonly known in the music business as DJ Starmist (also only Starmist) or Klubb Musix to a lot of people, is an artist, producer and DJ with an extremely special skillset when it comes to these roles in combination on stage and in the studio. His DJ playstyle is consistent and aggressive, and by listening to his mixes, you can tell that there’s hard work involved. The producer role shimmers through the DJ sets, and his on-stage-performance focus is intense and original.

As an artist and producer, he has been featured on a few pretty decent compilations, and has cooked up an impressively big library of tracks over the years. He started out making music at age 16, and has released dozens of tracks under different names and monikers. Among those are:

C0N DiJ0, Starmist, DJ Starmist, and more.... He also landed third place in the LANDR Japan Remix Contest featuring HilocoNerodoll and the track “Come On”.
