This year was the year I started my business, stepping out of my comfort zone multiple times, new friendships, new memories, new knowledge and a lot of new experiences.โœจOne of my favorite memories through this business was going to a cabin retreat with other business owners.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I really felt welcomed and I learned so much from that trip.โค๏ธ

๐ŸŒทMarch: New hair, shopping
๐ŸฃApril: Finally spring
๐ŸŒธMay: Celebrated Norway and feeling sporty
โ˜€๏ธJune: Went to a retreat and met beautiful people
๐ŸฆJuly: Enjoyed the summer heat and actually bathed in the ocean
๐ŸŒ…August: Went to London and saw Coldplay
๐ŸŽSeptember: New tattoo, small trips and working with myself
๐ŸOctober: More beautiful sunsets and time with family

A lot has happened since last time I was active here. Thereโ€™s been many personal things Iโ€™ve had to fix and overcome and I really want you all to know that I feel much better now!โ˜บ๏ธ

I have been to different Christmas markets, I got a new tattoo (not pictured), a lot of family time and much more. I included a picture of me and my grandma, just to honor her, bc yesterday itโ€™s been 13 years since she passed๐ŸŒน.
Other than that, I hope everyone had a good year with many memories and that the new year will be filled with more memories๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผโค๏ธ

This was me about 2 years ago at my second 12+hour shift alone in a car. I had a part time job as a traffic conductor. It was stressful and poor work hours. At that time my mental health were not so good, and during this 12+hour shift I had a panic attack that came out of the blue.
At that moment I knew I wanted something different in my life! I didnโ€™t know at the time what I really wanted, but I knew that the worklife was not going to be my whole life. Donโ€™t get me wrong, i loved the work environment, but because it was stressful for me I also got a rash on my face that made me very insecure. Now that Iโ€™m not working anymore I havenโ€™t had the rash!๐Ÿคฏ

Lucky for me, almost 1 year ago I got in contact with my mentor. That made me look at the future in a more positive way. I started taking action in January this year and just in a few months I have gotten many new acquaintances, new experiences and knowledge. Now I canโ€™t wait to see what waits for me the next months of this amazing opportunity!

My name is Ingrid Margrethe Ulven, Iโ€™m 23 (soon to be 24) years old, and Iโ€™m from middle of Norway๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด. Iโ€™m an active person who likes working out, hiking and trying to stay healthy ๐Ÿ’ช. Spending time with my friends, family, and my adorable cats ๐Ÿฑ brings me so much joy. As an introvert Iโ€™m a big fan of movies and shows ๐ŸŽฅ๐Ÿ“บ, whether itโ€™s a cozy night in with a good drama or binge-watching an exciting TV show. I also love horror movies!
