L'enclume truly lived up to its 3-star accolade awarded by the Michelin Guide, as well as its best UK restaurant ranking in La Liste. Every dish show-cased the fresh produce that the English countryside had to offer, with The Anvil dessert - decadent miso caramel mousse with refreshing apple and spruce - rounding off a perfect dinner. A bucket-list meal and the best reward for covering all those miles in the Lake District!
