Norwegian Photography Now

Norwegian Photography Now Platform for Norwegian Contemporary Photography

curated by Jan Khür & Jon Gorospe NPN Team with love.

“Norwegian Photography Now” is a curated platform aimed to represent Norwegian photographers, both local and abroad, as well as international photographers based in Norway on a long-term basis. This unique space helps to connect the photographers together with institutions, publishers, editors and bloggers and bring discourse about what contemporary Norwegian photography is. We bring to the light

emerging talents, students and enthusiasts together with well-established names. In addition, we want to provide updates on current trends about photo book publishing, photography exhibitions held in Norway, photographic workshops as well as public lectures. We want these to be easily accessible to photographers, enthusiasts, students and anyone interested in exploring and learning about the medium of photography. We are happy to co-operate or brainstorm, please feel free to contact us any time.

🎙️ Another new episode is out!!! Nearest Truth podcast this time with Morten Andenæs ✨  / Morten Andenæs

The latest Nearest Truth podcast episode (430) is conversation with Brad Feuerhelm ( ) and Morten Andenæs about his photobook SKYLDFOLK.

…To say the book is anything less than an opus would be a discredit, so it is with this in mind that Morten and I were able to sit down and speak about his deceivingly complex work and were able to deviate to other topics that included writing about photography, Tom Sandberg and the implications that Morten’s images have in their surface reading, versus how they behave with the title of the work in mind. It was an illuminating experience. (Brad Feurhelm)
