Luxury isn’t always loud — sometimes, it’s the quiet things that saved you.☁️

I’ve learned that true luxury has little to do with wealth — and everything to do with healing, belonging, and peace.

1️⃣ The luxury of safety.
Growing up, safety was never promised — now, waking up without fear is something I’ll never take for granted.

2️⃣ The luxury of family nearby.
Even if they’re just voices in the background — that warmth, that laughter, that familiar chaos reminds me who I am.

3️⃣ The luxury of being seen.
Living in Norway as a minority means often being misunderstood. But every time someone truly listens, it feels like sunlight on cold skin.

4️⃣ The luxury of rest.
My parents worked so I could breathe easier. Rest isn’t laziness , it’s reclaiming what generations before us couldn’t have.

5️⃣ The luxury of joy.
Picking cherries, smiling, laughing, hanging by the tree — things I once felt guilty for. Joy, I’ve learned, is resistance too. 🍒

6️⃣ The luxury of belonging to myself.
I no longer need to fit in everywhere. I just need to feel at home within me.

Because sometimes, the richest thing you can do — is to live softly in a world that once told you to be hard.

💬 What’s one “luxury” you’ve learned to cherish lately? I’d love to hear your list too.

Everyone talks about high energy people… but calm people? They’re a different kind of powerful.

The ones who don’t need to raise their voice to be heard.
The ones who bring peace just by walking into the room.

I love calm people.

Who’s the calmest person you’ve ever known? Tag them below 👇🏽

Sometimes we forget how much we’ve carried just to get here.
The hard days blur together, and the progress doesn’t always look like progress. But one day, you’ll pause — maybe in the middle of an ordinary moment — and realize how much strength it took to keep going.

You’ll remember the nights you sat with your thoughts, the mornings you got up when your heart was heavy, and how you kept showing up even when no one noticed. That’s resilience. That’s healing.

It won’t be a loud victory, just a quiet knowing: I made it through.

If you’re in that in-between space right now — not where you were, but not quite where you want to be — breathe. This part matters too. You’re still becoming. 🌱

This is a simple but powerful message reminding us to be mindful of the people we let into our lives. It is very easy to get caught up in negativity, but when you choose to be around those who uplift you, then everything changes.

Think about it - who are the people in your life that bring out the best of you? Who challenge you to grow out of your comfort zone and into your full potential and supports you in the process without conditions? Cherish those relationships and let go of those that drain you or bring you down instead. I swear to you - Life is too short for unnecessary drama and negativity.

Let’s focus on higher goals, good vibes, and positivity✨.

Tag 3 people who inspire you and let them know how much they mean to you 💕. I will start ⬇️
