Social Business is about creating business out of social engagement - which Facebook, and Mark Zuckerberg, have been doing - even though it isn’t the typical definition of SocBiz (if you ask around). You know. It is a question of socializing the core business processes - both internally and externally - in such a way that the whole organization takes part in the social interaction and corresponding value creation. It is a matter of leadership. Of today and tomorrow. So, let's be frank, are you ready for socializing your existing (core) business processes?
