The dreamy and romantic tower suite of The colors of the suite are taken from the original mural painted at the very top of the ceiling in the tower. The chandelier had to be suspended on rods to not destroy the painting with wires. A clever idea from my brilliant site manager.
The beautiful hotel reopens 2nd of June and I can’t wait to visit again. Design by me photos by

I am so happy to show you the second signature suite I designed for
This is the famous clock tower of the hotel with a view to die for and this was a real challenge. It’s spread over three smaller levels and had a very ornate staircase that was holding the whole structure up. There was no room in the budget to remove it so we straightened the steps, I designed a new railing and it got a new carpet.
This suite is mostly used by couples on their wedding night and I wanted it to feel romantic and dreamy. The color scheme is taken from the amazing ceiling painting in the tower.
All the furniture was designed and customized for this space.
Now all I need is some art to place in the Living space over the sofa, suggestions?

The light filled Nobel suite bedroom at the was dark and outdated. Heavy curtains blocked the light and there was too much furniture in one space. The room is now light and inviting with a massive new cornice to mimic the curved ceiling detail from the living room and highlight the incredible height of this space. The walls have a vinyl wallpaper from that is great for durability in a hospitality project.

I am so excited to finally be able to show you the refurbished Nobel Suite at the This is the famous suite where the Nobel Peace Price winners wave to the public and press from the balcony. The color scheme is taken from the Nobel committees logo and identity. I hope you like it.

Next up in this beautiful home I designed in colab with owner is the kitchen.
I designed the kitchen not to look like a traditional kitchen. The units don’t touch the sides of the room and the extractor draws the air down so we avoided a large hood. The fridge and oven are located in a custom free standing cabinet.
The marble is called Fior de Bosco. Walls are painted in a chalk paint for a plaster look. Paint color is Paul’s blue from Jotun.

We installed the most stunning wood burning stove from the 1800, imported from Stockholm. The coffee table is vintage 70s etched brass from Belgium.
