🌼 Trulz – Alva 🌼
Alva arrives as the first glimpse into Sheru, the debut solo album from Trulz — one
half of beloved Norwegian techno duo Trulz & Robin.
Named after his daughter, Alva is exactly that: a love letter. Not sentimental, not
overwrought — just honest, open and deeply felt. The kind of feeling that doesn’t
need explaining, only music to carry it.
And the music carries it beautifully. Playful and warm, hypnotic in the way only the
best electronic music can be, Alva takes the listener somewhere inward — melodies
that surface like half-remembered dreams, grooves that move with quiet certainty,
and a trippiness running beneath it.
Rooted in the classics of house and techno, and filtered through something entirely
personal, Alva sets the tone for everything Sheru promises — music made slowly,
made with care, and made with real intention.
Alva is a love letter to a daughter. It’s also a statement of intent — the opening line of
a solo album years in the making, from a musician finally telling the story entirely on
his own terms.
