We are beyond excited to announce that our awardwinning shortfilm RundeTo (RoundTwo) will be available to the general public via the Norwegian national broadcaster NRK' player "NRK TV" from Thursday 3. July 🎉🎉
It will also be given a run on their linear TV-channels!

Please go to the player and watch this wonderful gem of a movie. If we get enough people to stream the movie, we might stand a chance of seeing these characters again, in the form of a TV-show.

Just got back from the movies, where we had the pleasure of watching the comedy/drama "Heim" (Home), written and directed by our good friend and colleague, the super talented Julie Skaufel.

The movie is a pure delight to watch, as it manages to balance big laughs with big emotions, slapstick humour with crippling grief and ties it all together with originality and authenticity. Only those who have tried will understand how difficult this task is!

With this movie, Julie follows in the footpaths of masters of heartfelt comedies, like Richard Curtis and Colin Nutley.

RoundTwo takes Manhattan! 🎩🎉🇺🇸

It is a huge honour to announce that our wonderful and important shortfilm RoundTwo has been selected for the International Film Festival Manhattan in NY.

This is a massive acknowledgment of the work put into this gem of a movie by the creative team. Congratulations to the super talented director Frøydis Fossli Moe, the creator of the movie and writer/lead actress Emilie Sofie Johannesen, lead actor Mikael Ulrichsen, actress Maria Wiik and the entire crew that made this movie possible.

Also a big thank you to Sørnorsk filmsenter for awarding the funds to produce the movie.

International Film Festival Manhattan (IFFM), now on it's 15th Milestone Year, is dubbed as the coolest Indie Film Festival that showcases quality selection of world-class short films that will be screened at several Theater venues in Manhattan New York City, USA.
Our short film programming encompasses all different genres of diverse program; documentaries, student films and now professional films from all over the world. We also have a focus on social relevance as part of our programming and our goals.

International Film Festival Manhattan is celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the Migration wave of the Norwegians to the USA, specifically on October 9 in New York. We will be doing a Spotlight on Norwegian filmmakers and artists during that weekend. Your film is part of this Spotlight on Norway

We are very proud to announce that JMG Stories and the supremely talented director Espen Larsson, have been awarded funds by Arktisk Filmsenter, to develop an original and epic drama about one of Norway's most mythical and enigmatic historical characters - Petter Dass!

A man who in so many ways, both positive and negative, affected the region, the people and the times they lived in.

We promise a brand new take on Petter Dass and cannot wait to get started.

We are so proud to announce that our equally wonderful and painful short film 🎦 Runde To (Round Two) has been aquired by the National Norwegian Broadcasting service (NRK) for both their linear and streaming platforms. This film is so important, in that it explores the grey areas of what constitutes abuse and it is fantastic that it will now be able to reach a national audience 🎉👏

This is credit to the incredible work by the creative team, so huge congratulations to the talented director Frøydis Fossli Moe, the amazing creator/writer and lead actress Emilie Sofie Johannesen, as well as actors Mikael Ulrichsen and Maria Wiik and the rest of the crew.

Broken Lines and Steve Arnold in top 1% 👏

Towards the end of 2024, the BBC ran an open call for scripts in various genres to seek out the best talents and the best projects in the UK. They received a staggering 5734 submissions 🫣😳

We are therefore extremely proud to reveal that our chillingly realistic crime/police procedural series "Broken Lines" made it to the top 1% of all these scripts 👏👏

This is high praise indeed for our writer Steve Louis Arnold!

Congratulations Steve 🎉

This show is ready to be made, with top talent attached both in-front of and behind the camera and several seasons planned and written. We are actively seeking co-producers, studios or channels that can help it through a development phase and onto a screen in people's homes.

We also have a huge slate of developed projects, both TV-shows and feature films, all with scripts, so get in touch if you are interested in original, high quality projects.

På vei tilbake til Brønnøysund etter to dager på hovedkontoret på Campus Helgeland på Mo, hadde jeg gleden av å møte superkreative Simen Nyland fra Tapperiet Film og VFX i hans studio i Mosjøen. 📽️🎥

Blant alskens fantasifulle figurer og apparater fulgte diskusjonen om tiltak for filmbransjen på Helgeland (les Helgeland Filmhub) og konkrete film- og TV-prosjekter kreative omveier og overraskende vendinger. 🎞️🍿

Takk til Simen for et veldig inspirerende møte! Vi ser frem til et spennende samarbeid 👏👏

It is incredibly satisfying to learn that our thought-provoking and beautiful, yet disturbing, short film "Round Two" was among the most viewed films in the national library service for short films and documentaries in 2024! 🎉🎉

This is a very important little film about the grey areas of what constitutes abuse, and having many people watch it helps bring an important conversation to the public awareness.

We are immensely proud to share that our wonderful short film "Round Two" was nominated as one of the best films in the reknowned international filmfestival Lone Wolf International Film Fest.
It placed 2nd in the Best Short Film category, as the only European movie in the Top 10 and 11th across all genres/categories, out of 894 submitted international movies. We are super proud !

Huge congratulations to Director Frøydis Fossli Moe, creator/scriptwriter and lead actress Emilie Sofie Johannesen, lead actor Mikael Ulrichsen and the rest of the incredibly talented cast and crew.
