I need your help 🤓
During my appointment with my chiropractor last week we got to talking and I am going to let him borrow a couple of pens. Hardcore influencing 👀🤣 but hey, if a guy is interested in writing then don't let me stop you 😎
I'm heading back tomorrow. Help.

I've had a week to think, but I can't decide on pens. So please give me some suggestions!

Obviously he needs options for ink for the card he is going to write so he can't have one pen only 🙄 Definitely the 3776 pictured because of an SF nib so he can experiment with line variation.
I am also thinking a TWSBI with a shimmering ink (Colorverse Brane for sure!). But I need one or two more pens. I have the Girologio- Pen Cases and Accessories 3 pen case or the KyokuHaku 玉帛織造 4 pen case for safe travels.

I am not aware of the patient/doctor rules so I will ask him, but I also need to bring paper. Either a small notebook he can keep, if allowed, or a notepad where he can just pull of the paper he use.

Since time is of the essence and I am there for treatment obviously I will also have to write him a note for pen/ink directions. Like "do NOT shake the shimmer like your life depends on it" 🤪

I have read over 80 books so far this year, and this is my SECOND 5-STAR READ of 2026! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

"The Killer in Room Five" by Sam Holland completely blew me away. It has all the fun factors for a thrilling read and I am not easily swept away by thrillers/mysteries, but I am now definitely addicted. Good thing I already have her four other books ready to go and I see the next book is up for release early next year. Can't wait!

If you enjoy a capturing thriller this should be on your TBR!

This evening I took advantage of Nahvalur back to school sale and ordered the two Nahvalur models I still don't have in my collection. I'm also getting the last nib size I don't have. That means I am almost ready for the Nahvalur video of all Nahvalur videos; I will take my time to explore all the models they have with you. As well as nib sizes AND the different materials! I'll have you know that I am so extremely excited for this 🤩
I am hopeful that I will be able to have the video out some time next week. Sadly we have to take shipping time to Europe into account, but with their shipping method they are faster than others from US anyway 😀

Note: I will NOT be including any of the the IKKAKU pens, but all models from their regular lineup.

The prologue in this book though 🤯

Two nights ago I was having a small crisis. I wanted some crime, some mystery, but all the books I tried seemed to have a nice mix of multiple point of views and multiple timelines. I was exhausted, I needed to relax. As a true crime fan I do find it difficult to find thrillers thrilling sometimes. They are not the same, but I need the thrill. So I tried this. The dedication made me laugh and the prologue made me I AM IN!

My first Sam Holland book, but now I am hearing promising things 😏

I am back to working 0% for the next week as my chiropractor decided I need more rest. It's bittersweet. Sweet to get a bit relief, bitter to have a set back. But I will take my morning to get in a few chapters and some journaling with this Nahvalur Original Cocao Smoke inked with Pelikan Edelstein Smohy Quartz 🖋

It's sad I haven't properly journaled in weeks. Still, I need to keep track of my work hours however few they are, and I wanted a pretty pen. The ink in my Decimo had gotten slightly "sticky" from being unused for so long 🤭 The EF nib on this TWSBI Diamond 580 is just the perfect size ✨️
