Now we’re talking — people from Finland bring you what you least expected: a great festival to be, the 16th Antarctis Film Festival, with 6 members of the FINNARP 2025 Expedition team.
In solidarity with the penguins—and not least the team behind the FINNARP 2025 Expedition—we are proud to be part of the 16th Antarctic Film Festival. With this screening, our film African Family Dinner has now reached all continents.
The only film festival on the continent of Antarctica have been a great experience
The potential audience of the 16th Antarctic Film Festival consists of six members of the FINNARP 2025 Expedition team, who left Finland and—remarkably, and as planned—arrived safely at the Finnish Antarctic Research Station, Aboa.
This year’s program features short films across fiction, animation, documentary, and experimental forms, and everything in between—representing voices from Europe, Africa, and Asia.
