We had a little chat with composer Eirik Myhr from a recording with Trondheimsolistene at Øra Studio, Trondheim, Norway. Eirik Myhr recently composed music for the famous story, The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Take a look at the video and listen to some of the amazing music. The theatre has been on tour in big parts av Norway, by Riksteateret.

We congratulate composer Anna Berg with her nomination for the prestigious Amanda Award in the category of Best Original Score for her work on Drømmer, the critically acclaimed film by director Dag Johan Haugerud. The award ceremony will take place on August 16 during the Haugesund Film Festival in Norway.

The Danish movie "Stranger" / "Fremmed" is premiering in Denmark 6th March and in Norway during the film festival Kosmorama! Music composed by Raymond Enoksen - Dreamscores, recorded with The Trondheimsolistene and Marthe Belsvik Stavrum, at Øra Studio, Trondheim. The movie is directed by Danish Mads Hedegaard.

In “Stranger” we are taken back 6,000 years to the Stone Age in Scandinavia, a time of transition between hunter-gatherer societies and agricultural communities. We follow the siblings Aathi and Tharan, who represent the first farmers. In a brutal encounter with a hunter tribe, their entire family is wiped out. We follow their fate as they are forced to submit to the ways of the new tribe while still trying to preserve their own.

Say hello to our newest member Anna Berg ⭐

Anna Berg is a Norwegian Vietnamese composer from Kolbotn, Norway. Her catalogue comprises a wide range of works for symphony orchestra, string orchestra, sinfonietta and choir, in addition to works for chamber constellations such as string quartets and trios. She recently created the score for the film DRØMMER (DREAMS) by renowned Norwegian director Dag Johan Haugerud.

Across three unique events, we’re bringing together influential voices from Norway’s thriving creative scene to explore the powerful synergy between sound, cinema, and storytelling. We are especially excited to hear film composer Anna Berg together with sounddesigner Gisle Tveito in a conversation moderated by Kristoffer Lo, about their latest cooperation on the movie "Drømmer" by Dag Johan Haugerud. Check out our little chat with film composer Christine Hals, who composed the score for the Norwegian movie, "Narvik", which premiered december 2022. Christines grandfather actually fought in this battle during World War 2, which makes this project extra personal for Christine.

We can finally announce that composer Raymond Enoksen - Dreamscores teamed up The award-winning ensemble Trondheimsolistene and created the soundtrack for the upcoming BBC documentary Secrets of the Spy Whale. Recorded at Øra Studio in Trondheim with sound engineer Jo Ranheim June 2024. We congratulateEnoksen with yet another amazing score. The recording is supported by SpareBank 1 SMN Samfunnsutbytte and Trøndelag fylkeskommune. We thank you so much for the support.
