New video from Rhys Marsh & Mandala!

Rhys Marsh Music has shared a brand new lyric video for the ten-minute-plus Darkest Day. The track is taken from Marsh's upcoming album, Until The End Of Time, that Marsh and his band Mandala will release on November 14.

"This is the opening song from the album," explains Marsh. "It was tricky deciding on which song to release first, as they’re all quite long and not very single-friendly. We decided on Darkest Day, as the dynamic of the song really sums up the feeling of the album as a whole. For the video, it had to be slow-motion footage from space, specifically of a nebula, to complement the album artwork and concept of the lyrics — how all of our souls will eventually meet again in a faraway place."

Until The End Of Time will be available on all streaming and download platforms, alongside a strictly limited-edition CD, available exclusively from Burning Shed.

Just announced by Prog, a new Rhys Marsh Music & Mandala album!

Ex-pat Norwegian-based prog rocker Rhys Marsh Music will release a new studio album with his band Mandala. Until The End Of Time will be released through Autumnsongs Records on November 14, and is described as "a dark, expansive and cinematic journey that explores themes of loss and love, along with the notion that when you lose someone you love, you still love them until the end of time."

Until The End Of Time features five tracks ranging from ten to eighteen minutes in length. "It's the kind of album that needs to be listened to from start to end," says Marsh. "The songs are long, and the themes expand and unfold gradually. There are elements of post-rock with the long build-ups, progressive rock with the sweeping Mellotrons, and a deep sense of melancholy."

Until The End Of Time will be available on all streaming and download platforms, alongside a strictly limited-edition CD, available exclusively from Burning Shed.
