I watched her walk up those big school steps, her tiny backpack bouncing with every stride, and my heart stayed right there on the sidewalk. To everyone else, itâs just another school morning. But to me? Itâs the exact moment our protective little bubble burst, and she stepped into a world that is so much bigger, louder, and faster than the one we built at home.
How do you teach them to fly when every single instinct in your body is screaming to keep them safely in the nest? Iâm so proud of her braveryâI just wish mine felt half as big as hers today.
