📣📣Mother's Menstrual Story Video COMPETITION 📣📣

"Every mother carries a story of strength, sacrifice, and silent struggles — even through her menstrual journey. Let’s break the silence, honor her story, and create space for open conversations. Share your mom’s menstrual story in our video competition and let her voice inspire others!"✨ Let your voice spread awareness ✨

☃️How to participate?❓

1. Create a video of 4 to 5 mins( maximum 5 minutes) that showcases your mom's menstrual journey.
2. Use the hashtags and submit your video to the whatsapp number 9829950222 or 9864724894
3. Students should not do copyright violation from any other sources.
🎉Exciting rewards awaits!
1st position holder: Certificate of recognition, 1000 Cash prize with reading materials(books).
2nd position holder: Certificate of recognition, 500 Cash prize with reading materials (books).

☃️☃️ Rules and regulations✅✅

👉The competition is open for all the members and non members of dignified menstruation campaign, Nepal.
👉 Partipants are requested to like our official page for more updates.
👉 Participants have to submit their videos with all the edits by evening 25th April, 2025.
👉Participants should create the video based on the true story of their mother's menstrual journey.
👉The duration of the videos should not cross maximum of 5 minutes of time.
👉 Selection of the winner is based on the maximum views, likes of the video posted on our official page.
👉 The marking will be given out of 10 based on content, creativity, picturization and presentation and efforts.
👉Winners names will be announced on 27th April, 2025 on world health day 2025.
