The government carries out all the task related to infrastructure and development during the last few days of fiscal year (heavy mansoon in Nepal) just to conseal the allocated budget. These tasks were supposed to be completed throughout the year but were delayed until the last minute, similar to how a weak student prepares for the entire exam just before the last minute.
The responsibility does not solely lie with the parliament and the ministers; it is also your responsibility. Jai Desh.
