To give it a legal structure, we got it registered as private limi

ted company at Office of Company Registrar, Government of Nepal. Then we got the magazine "Nepal Geographic" registered at District Administration Office, Parsa, Nepal. Yet, We have not been successful in publishing the magazine in hard copy. In near future we plan to make them available. To make it self sustainable, we gave it a business model so that the company itself can earn for its day to day operation and manage investement for its future ventures. Non-government Organization (NGO) model was not selected as it smells like a begging bowl. Thus we operate as a private limited company with economic intent of profit making.

According to Jomsom-based Area Office of Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), a total of 52,475 tourists visited Mustang in 2017.
Of them, 4,115 tourists visited upper Mustang, said Office Chief, Tulasi Dahal. A total of 39,017 tourists visited the district in 2016.

Number of foreign tourists visiting Mustang district has increased by 34.49 per cent in 2017 as compared to 2016.
