Listen carefully... the problem is not that you don't work hard.
The real problem is that you don't work hard consistently.
You work hard when you feel motivated.
You work hard when someone is watching.
You work hard when the result feels close.
But consistency means showing up even when no one is clapping, even when the results are invisible, even when you feel tired, bored, or confused.
Anyone can work hard for one day.
Anyone can push for one week.
But success belongs to the person
who shows up on the days that feel meaningless.
Because talent gets you noticed, hard work gets you respect, but consistency gets you results.
And until you fix consistency, no amount of motivation, intelligence, or luck will ever be enough.
