Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba. Has Ole finally found a way to make the best use of his best players ?
Has the number of attacking runs by Luke Shaw been reduced to introduce a glamorous Midfield ?
More questions and one answer?
Ole is going for a TITLE WINNING SEASON.
Will he complete his destiny ?

I am sorry but somebody tell me Arsenal is a Europa League contender at least 😅.
Look at that starting lineup. Looks like on a Southampton level.

How do you think you are going to do good when you substitute one of your best defender in the 80 minutes mark for a defender when you are trailing.

I am sorry but Arteta was absolutely miserable today.

How La liga has finally got the grip back from Real and Barca ?

La Liga has been run by Real Madrid and FC Barcelona for a very long time. Their dominance on revenue and income has been epic.

But, the debts of FC Barcelona and a free fall in Real Madrid's finances as well has created a room for La Liga to come back and strike.

La Liga had shared $2.9 billion from the $3.2 billion investment they received from CVC. The $145 million every La Liga club are getting this season. And with the way scouting in La Liga has been great for a long time. Maybe this finally is time to get every teams compete for the growth as the top dogs.

This comes at a time when Barca are struggling financially to register players. And Perez has never looked weaker with all the tapes and hate covering him even from Madrid's socios.

Jose Mourinho: The new emperor of Rome

For a struggling manager and struggling club. The challenge is mutual.

But a squad of a wonderful mixture of experience and youth needs a visionary man to live the potential.

Can Jose use veterans like Sppinazzola, Florenzi, Dzeko, Smalling alongside the magical youth of Mancini, Kimbulla, Ibanez, Pellegrini, Zaniolo and others.

A wonderful base for Jose. Can there be a success story to explain this.

Yesterday marked the end of a wonderful legacy of Joachim Low for Germany.

A visionary of his time and a world cup winning coach.

But, where exactly did he lose his charm ?

Was it when he let Hummels, Boateng and Muller be out ? NO it was way ahead.

The charm started fading away when Bayern Munich started losing the German quality squad.

In the World Cup 2014 Manuel Neuer, Bastian Schweinstiger, Phillip Lahm, Toni Kroos, Mario Gotze, Jerome Boateng were all key parts of the squad.

The more important thing was they were all from Bayern Munich. And they were world class.

In 2018 WC Germany squad featured Neuer, Boateng, Kimmich, Sule, Goretzka and Muller as the Bayern players.

The sad part about it was that nobody a part from Kimmich and Neuer were deserving of a starting spot back then.

In 2021 now, Germany squad features Neuer, Sule, Gnabry, Goretzka, Kimmich, Muller, Musiala and Sane from Bayern Munich.

This was a strong team. But the constant lack of results in a 4-2-3-1 formation meant Low went for a 3-4-3. This was not the best use of wonderful game changers like Muller, Havertz, Werner, Ganbry, Sane and other players.

Just like how Barcelona's playstyle effected the Spanish team in 2008-2013 period. The German team needed that from Bayern. But a lack of that from Bayern in the late 2010's and then now the shift away from Bayern's playstyle while still holding its core may have cost Germany the title.

With Flick things will surely change. Lets see what we can get.

Real Madrid: A crisis of identity with wonderful youth and ageing squad yet ambitions on Galaticos.

So, what do they do starts with hiring a new manager. A new manager with ambitious plans. Christopher Gaiter, Antonio Conte are the two best options available. And logically you do not pass out on Antonio Conte who is more qualified than Gaiter and plays beautiful football despite being defensive.

Again, Real Madrid need to focus on selling players whatever the fee is rather than buying them first. So, that you will have a Antonio Conte base to work on with.

The following players will reduce a lot of wage and dead weights in Real Madrid and assuming that Ramos and Vazuqez are not extending their contracts the list goes like.
Raphael Varane (wants to leave)
Isco
Eden Hazard
Mariano Diaz
Marco Asensio
Dani Ceballos
Luka Jovic
Borja Mayoral
Gareth Bale
Jesus Vallerjo

Similarly the following players should be highly considered to be loaned out from the club for experience.
Vinicus Jr.
Reinier Jesus

So now, let us start with the Transfers

In Goal Courtois, Lunin and Altube is a fine 3 men crop to have no need for change there

The following wing backs are there in the team. Dani Carvajal, Alvaro Odriozola, Marcelo, Ferland Mendy. Since we have chosen Conte as the manager. He is very likely to not want Mendy as a LWB rather he is likely to want him as a LCB. So one more LWB who can play a RWB would be a great signing for Real Madrid. Going back to a player who is more of a RWB but equally good handling the left side which they already have in the form of David Alaba. Which is a brilliant transfer.

Conte prefers a back 3 where he would rarely change. Currently Real Madrid will have Militao, Nacho, Mendy, as the only available options while Alaba could be included in CB as well. So signing 2 Center Backs properly good in a back 3 should be a priority. The first name that comes into mind is Alessandro Bastoni from Inter Milan who is young and looks equally as good as Skriniar. For around (€60m) you could get a great CB who will surely improve and is known to Conte's style of play. To Partner him they should come back to their roots and get in Sevilla's Jules Kounde for around €70m.

In midfield Conte prefers both a two man and a three man modfield. The Natural Options he has are Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Federico Valverde, Oddegaard and Brahim Diaz. Naturally a well rounded midfield but adding more in the destroyer area should be into consideration. Getting in free agent Javi Martinez would be a good short term option.

Conte uses alterations between front 2 and front 3 so naturally having 2 wingers and 4 strikers in the team would be decent.

Takefusa Kubo comes after yet another loan spell so adding him to the mix will be a great move by Real Madrid. To partner him on the wing Santos Arribas will be a good backup plus doesnt take much squad position because of his age. Partnering him with Rodrygo Goes on to the squad will be better as he has been looking like a better player than Vinicus so far.

In terms of Striker Karim Benzema is the only player Real Madrid have. Naturally if the get Mbappe he plays here. If not they will need to find an alternative in the form of Harry Kane. Who would cost around (€150 millions) but is a worth it buy considering he would more than flourish in a partnership with Benzema. Similarly signing Santos Borre for free from River Plate will be a great value option to have in the squad alongside Adding in Olivier Grioud for one season will be a great buy.

This is how the squad goes:

So, isn't it time that someone go at Pep and shout that he costed the UCL to Manchester City ?

Chelsea literally did nothing and did everything. (Seriously man they sat back they did not have 1 on 1 channels going on the Press was on point. Offensively they could only rely on long balls. Everything seemed perfect yet the game was lost at Gundogan.

Sergio Aguero is a striker. Gabriel Jesus is a striker. Phil Foden played wonderfully as a LW through out the whole damn season. Gundogon was a great CM the whole damn season. And you go on to play Sterling as a striker (That costed you being 8th in Christmas, Remember?). Foden who played wonderfully as a LW plays a CAM. While Bernado Silva is forced to play DM's because Walker has to go up front because Chilwell is one on one vs Mahrez who was pocketed. And that was obvious in the 19th minute.

Now being a smart football fan the first thing i realize if before half time Pep has to take out Bernado or Sterling and bring in Fernandinho or Rodri. What does he do ? Ask Foden to play False 9 (Again that was why you were 8th in Christmas).

Now its 57th minute and KDB is injured. You look at bench and realize you have Aguero who is the one you need with no De Bruyne. But No, Pep loves Jesus. Aguero who. And then whole damn season you were so amazing with a single striker and you chose damn two as a panic move.

The place where he needed to alter his player was another risky move but Pep seriously needed to bring in Rodri for Sterling. Yes because you had Sterling being pocketed and Mahrez being pocketed. Naturally you see Zinchenko and Walker doing well getting forward. So to incourage them getting forward you add two DM's who will get straight into the ass of James and Chilwell. And you all of a sudden have 3 on 1 in the Wings. And Aguero down in the middle.

Pep lost the game because of his ego to realize his plan of keeping Mount out the game and piling up on Kante was completely harmed by James and Chilwell who still do not get enough praises.

This was a human game of Chess. Tuchel was playing atler your opponents plans strategy. And you were opening up the king for his queen (Kante).

Yes, I am no Pep but I guess i have watched enough football to atleast get this one right. (And i am better than Tim Sherwood who says Aguero is far better than Henry so read this rather than listening to him 😅)
