१. सपना (Dream)
सपना भनेको केवल निद्रामा देखिएको दृश्य होइन, बरु जाग्राममा हृदयले देख्ने ठूलो लक्ष्य हो। सपना नै जीवनलाई दिशा दिने नक्सा हो। जसले ठूलो सपना देख्छ, ऊ जीवनमा ठूलो उपलब्धि हासिल गर्न सक्छ। तर सपना केवल कल्पना मात्र भएर रोकिए सफलतामा पुगिँदैन।
२. दृष्टि (Vision)
सपना देखिसकेपछि त्यसलाई स्पष्ट दृष्टिमा रूपान्तरण गर्नुपर्छ। दृष्टि भनेको आफ्नो सपना कहाँ, कसरी र कहिले पुरा गर्ने भन्ने योजना हो। दृष्टिविहीन सपना अन्धकार जस्तै हुन्छ। दृष्टिले नै हामीलाई केन्द्रित, दृढ र व्यवस्थित बनाउँछ।
३. कर्म (Action)
दृष्टि बनाएर बस्नु मात्र पर्याप्त हुँदैन। त्यो दृष्टिलाई कर्ममा उतार्नुपर्छ। कर्म बिना सफलता सम्भव छैन। नियमित प्रयास, कठिनाइ सहने धैर्य, अनुशासन, र लगातार अभ्यास नै कर्मको सार हो। कर्म नै सपनालाई हौसला दिने ऊर्जा हो।
४. सफलता (Success)

१• भान्सा कोठा छोरी मान्छेहरुको लागि मात्रै होईन। छोरा मान्छेले पनि भान्सामा गएर चुलो बालेर खाना वा नास्ता बनाउन सिक्नुपर्छ। घरका आमा दिदीबहिनीले नभ्याउँदा आफै भान्सामा गएर खाना बानाउँन सक्नुपर्छ।
