Are you always tracking your followers?

If you are, is it growing? or is it dropping? or completely flatlined?

Just because you are posting doesn’t mean you have proper content. You can post every day, three times but if your posts aren’t creating value for the audience, the content is not right.

All content marketers know that creating content that connects and gives value to the audience is one of the hardest things to do. No matter how you plan your content or don’t, all you have to remember is when you post, you need to create valuable content that your audience can connect to.

Some people I connect to on DMs ask me why I give out so much content for FREE when I can be using this content to sell a service. I only have one logic, if a prospective client can do the work I am going to do for them, then there is no point in charging them. I am here to work for clients, who know they need help and they are not able to do it cause they don’t have the time or expertise to do it.

Over the years, working for agencies, freelancing and now starting my own branding agency… it has taught me a lot about branding but not just that.. it has also taught be how to deal with different clients.

Branding, if i and all branding strategists haven’t said it enough is the most important part of the business.

Of course we love ❤️ great designs, logos, animations, product photos, and all. However, to give then all value is how your company’s branding is perceived upon by clients and customers.

Recently I have a short talk about Branding and for almost 15 mins I talked about internal v. external branding.

Starting has even thought me more about branding and I am too learning everyday.

Selling to a client the first time is easier than having them buy the product or service the second time.

Running a delivery company ZAPP.TODAY has taught me that our customers are always ready to place their delivery orders with us the first time, then they see how we do and place the following orders.

Also when I worked for a marketing agency in Thailand, our clients stayed longer with us and did not watch to switch to another agency because they loved how we worked and serviced them.

In any company, sales reports always need to include how many clients or customers they are retaining or have returning customers. That's when you know that your company has started doing well.

Branding a business or product always comes in layers and every business needs to think about internal branding before you even touch external branding.

Just like how we humans are, no matter how cool you look on the outside, if you conversation is not aligned with what you believe then it doesn't work.

Branding is layered like an onion. Before you work on your external branding, you need to make sure that internally you are aligned.

Creating content and getting inspiration is always the hardest task for a content creator. There is no such thing called EASY CONTENT that will blow up your brand.

People are always consuming content online, and it is for a content creator to figure out how to create content that gives value to their content consumers. People want to see deep and meaningful content that they can connect with.

If you want to make money from your audience, you need to create some killer content that helps your brand be MEMORABLE!

Here are few things to consider:
- Makes you memorable
- Gives value to people and in return creates value for your brand
- Generates conversation
- Builds brand advocates
- People share your content with their network
- Generates engagements with viewers

The Most Important Lesson For A Logo Designer

🍎 Apple doesn't have a phone or computer as a logo
🍔 McDonalds doesn't have a burger as a logo
👟 Nike doesn't have a sneaker as a logo

đź§  It is totally fine if you logo does not have any negative space.
đź§  It is also totally fine if you logo does not have any hidden meaning behind it.
đź§  Your logo does not need to describe what your business does nor does it have to be artistic.
đź’ˇ All your logo has to do is give an identity to your brand so people can remember it.
It is not important for your logo to have the brand's name nor does it have to relate. All it has to do is give IDENTITY to your brand.

đź’ˇ Once you create a logo, be consistent on using it everywhere. But don't get me wrong, do not over do it either.
