१) TOSS जितेपछि bowling कि batting गर्ने भन्ने कुरो कप्तानको एकल निणर्य हुँदैन । Team काे strength र Pitch काे condition हेरेर toss र playing xi निणर्य हुने हो । जसमा कप्तान, कोच सहित टिम management काे निणर्य हुने हो । Bowling राम्रो हुने टिमले धेरैजसो पहिला bowing नै गर्ने चलन हुन्छ ।

२) Batting order मिलाउने र कसलाई कतिखेर पठाउने निणर्य coach ले गर्ने हो ।

३) feild बाहिरको plans र decisions गर्ने मुख्य काम head कोचलें नै गर्ने हो । उनलाई त्यसमा Technical analysts र assistant coach ले सहयोग गर्ने हुन । Coach ले दिएको निर्देशन अनुसार त्यही plans र ideias लाई feild भित्र कप्तानले प्रयोग गर्ने हो ।

४) क्रिकेट भनेको टिम game हो । हार्दा वा जित्दा धेरैथोरै सबैको योगदान र जिम्मेवारी हुन्छ । त्यसमा थोरै बढी जिम्मेवार कप्तान र कोच हुने हो ।

५) आफनो टिम र देशको क्रिकेट कसरी grow भइरहेको छ भन्ने कुरो तपाईंलाई बढी थाहा हुन्छ । न कि १/२ वर्ष यता follow गरेर views बटुल्ने विदेशी you tubers लाई ??
