To mark Global Movie Day, Butterfly Films and Global Compact Nepal host an event for the first time, spotlighting challenges and exploring pathways for a more inclusive film industry. Bringing together media students, aspiring filmmakers, and industry experts, the discussion delves into gender disparities, ethical filmmaking, and the intersection of human rights and cinema. Panelists share their journeys, offering valuable guidance on navigating the industry, fostering inclusivity, and challenging existing norms.
The event was a roaring success and saw a houseful hall with an enthusiastic audience. We brought together incredible minds from various sectors, paving the way for collaboration and innovation.
