le have felt something better position. after the intrim constitution, the new constitution 2072 has in our hands which has given the guarantee of human rights, full freedom of press, judiciary, parliamentary and legislative system. the rights are well explained and managed in spite of the opinion of some opponents. the implimentation of the new constitution is big challage ath the present time because different rules and regulations are to be construstucted. the constitution has given the full gauarantee of federalism and different types of indigenious right. Inspite of federalism, human right, freedom of press and other inheretant qualities of it, the demarcation of federalism, geogrophy and population about constituenty, proprisnate of inclusiveness and different types of movement which were in the past, have not been properly mentioned as the some critics. In order to fullfill the objectives of common people, agitatiors and national and international objectives, the media which is known as the forth and most important factor ot any democratic country should play positive role. without the coperation of the forth state(media), the proper implementation of new constitution becomes quite impossible. apart from these, the civil society, the human right activist and ngo's should have the important role so conducting these elements properly become the success of it. finally the economic social and cultural rights should be protected of the commoners.
