Tree story: In the heart of Kathmandu, far from the bustling tourist routes and the clamor of daily life, lies a hidden gem, shrouded in tranquility and devotion. Nestled on a small forested hill by the river on the road to Balaju, this sacred site remains unknown to most who visit the city. No grand signposts or bustling coaches mark its presence. Instead, a simple, weathered sign, barely noticeable, points the way: "Guru Nanak Math" (27°43'31"N 85°18'19"E). As I reached a small grassy clearing before the shrine, the air felt purer, infused with the scent of nature. The clearing, a peaceful oasis, seemed like a perfect spot for rest and reflection. There, amid wild shrubs and blooming flowers, stood a magnificent pipul tree. Under its sprawling branches, a stone slab bore the carved impressions of two feet, adorned with delicate rose petals. My guide, with reverence, whispered, "The Guru's." It was here that Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, sat in deep meditation, finding peace and enlightenment under this very tree. The pipul tree, under which Guru Nanak meditated, holds profound religious significance. Trees like this are considered sacred in many cultures, symbolizing life, growth, and the interconnectedness of all beings. They stand as silent witnesses to history, providing shelter, shade, and oxygen. In our daily lives, trees play a crucial role, taking in carbon dioxide and releasing the oxygen we breathe. They remind us of the importance of balance and harmony in the world. As I stood under the ancient pipul tree, I couldn't help but reflect on its teachings. Just as trees purify the air and sustain life, we too should strive to make the world a better place. By learning from these silent guardians of the earth, we can cultivate patience, resilience, and generosity in our lives. Trees endure through storms and seasons, steadfast in their purpose, and we, too, can find strength and beauty in our existence by nurturing the world around us. The Guru Nanak Math is more than a shrine; it is a testament to the enduring legacy of nature and spirituality. It serves as a reminder that the most profound experiences often lie off the beaten path, in places where the natural world and human spirit coexist in harmony. As I left the shrine, I carried with me not just memories of a hidden sanctuary but a renewed appreciation for the quiet power of nature and the lessons it imparts.

[Describes a life cycle of tree]
Once there was a grand old tree,the roots sank deep into the earth,arms reached high into the sky. It was home to many creatures.
I could see the birds nested among branches,squirrels through leaves,caterpillars and ladybugs crawled avowed.
The grand old tree flowered, base fruit,and sowed seeds many more trees had grown they changed the landscape for miles around perhaps even farther than the old tree knew.the grand old tree lived a long time. It basked in the sun, bathed in the rain swayed in the breeze and danced in the wind.
It grew and shed many millions of leaves.
At last it was dry and old with burned branches.

यस विचित्र गाउँको मुटुमा, म जीवनको बहावको बीचमा एक एक्लो रुख उभिएको छु। मेरा हाँगाहरू, एक समय रमणीय पातहरूले सजिएका, तर अब रातको आकाशतिर फैलिएका छन्, नग्न र खुला। तर यो शून्यता भित्र लुकेको एक पुर्णता छ - एक एकान्त प्रकाश, मेरो बलियो अंगबाट नाजुक रूपमा झुन्डिएको छ।
समयको परिवर्तन, ऋतु परिवर्तन, हरेकले आफ्नो छाप छोडेको मैले देखेको छु। जाडोको चर्को चिसो र ग्रीष्मको चर्को गर्मीमा, म अडिग रहन्छु, धर्ती भित्र गहिरो जरा गाडेर बसेको छु। मेरा बाँझो हाँगाहरूले विगतका, बितेका मौसमहरू, यस गाउँमा रमाइराखेका सुख र दु:खका कथाहरू कानाफूसी गर्छन्। यद्यपि म कसैको लागि निर्जीव देखिन सक्छु, म एक शान्त शक्तिले भरिएको छु, अनगिन्ती आँधीबेहरी र कठिनाइहरूबाट बनेको लचिलोपन।
म रूख मात्र हैन ,म सहनशीलताको प्रतीक हुँ, सबैभन्दा अप्रत्याशित ठाउँहरूमा पाइने सुन्दरताको प्रतीक। मौसमहरू आउँदा र जाँदा, म अग्लो उभिन्छु, एक मौन संरक्षक यस गाउँलाई हेर्दै, मेरा हाँगाहरू ताराहरूतिर पुग्छन्, जीवनको सुन्दरता र उदासीलाई अँगालेर।

In the heart of a bustling city stood an ancient Pine tree (Pinus). Its gnarled branches stretched skyward, with sparse needles clinging tenaciously to life. This tree, a silent sentinel, had witnessed the passage of time and the resilience of nature amidst urban sprawl.
