“स्वदेश मै लगानी गरि रोजगारीको सिर्जना गरौँ, आत्मनिर्भर बन्दै राष्ट्र निर्माणमा हातेमालो गरौँ” भन्ने मुल नारालाई आत्मासात गरि सामुहिक लगानी स्थापना भएको यस मगर्स क्रियशन कम्पनी, हामी र हाम्रो समुदायको आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक विकास र समृद्धिको लागि अब हामी आफै केहि गर्नु पर्छ भन्ने उद्देस्य सहित सुरु भएको हो। स्वदेश मै उचित रोजगारी, उद्यम तथा व्यवसायको अवसर नहुनु वा हुन नसक्नुले हाम्रो समुदायका अधिकांश युवा/युवतीहरु विदेशि भुमिमा श्रम बेच्नु पर्ने अवस्था दिनानुदिन बढ्दै गएको छ । जसमा आफ्नो समुदाय हाक्ने साथै देश हाक्न सक्ने अथाहा साहस छ, आफ्नै देशमा केहि गर्न सक्छु भन्ने हिम्मत छ उनीहरु बिदेशिन बाध्य छन् । यस्तै अवस्था निरन्तर रुपमा क्रियाशील रह्यो भने हाम्रो समुदाय चांडै युवा/युवती बिहिन हुन धेरै समय लाग्ने छैन । अब हामीले हाम्रो र भाबी पुस्ताको लागि केहि कदम चाल्नै पर्दछ। यिनै मुलभूत कुराहरुलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै पराई भुमि (अमेरिका, युके, स्पेन, इजरायल, अस्ट्रेलिया, जापान, कोरिया, हंगकंग, मलेसिया, सिंगापूर, खाडीमुलुक) मा धेरै परिश्रम गरेर नेपाल मै केहि गरौँ भन्ने सोचका साथै धेरै अनुभब बोकेर नेपाल आएका मगर युवा व्यवसायीहरुको सामुहिक लगानीमा यस मगर्स क्रियशन कम्पनीले बिगत तिन बर्ष देखि नेपालमा उद्योग र व्यवसायका बिभिन्न क्षेत्रमा लगानी गर्दै आएको छ र धेरै युवा युवतीहरुलाई रोजगारी दिन सफल भई छोटो समय मै रोजगारमुखी कम्पनीको रुपमा आफ्नो परिचय स्थापित गर्दै अगाडी बढेको छ। नेपाल मै गरे हुँदो रहेछ, विदेश नै धाउनु नपर्ने रहेछ भन्ने कुरालाई उदाहरण बनी प्रमाणित गरिदिएको छ । यसर्थ, हामी हाम्रो समुदायका नेपाल तथा विदेशमा रहनु हुने सम्पूर्ण युवाहरु, अभिवावाकहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण नेपालीहरु सबैलाई आफ्नो र आफ्ना सन्ततिको भबिस्य स्वदेश मै सुनिश्चित गर्न सकिन्छ भनेर पुन: एकपटक सोच्न र नेपाल मै लगानी गरि रोजगारीको सिर्जना गर्ने यस साझा अभियानमा सहभागी भै दिनु हुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं। हामी सामुहिक लगानी र टिम वोर्कमा विश्वास गर्दछौं। हामी सबै मिलेर अगाडी बढ्नु नै हामी आर्थिक उन्नति तथा समृद्धिको दिशा तिर लम्कनु हो। हामीले लगानी कर्ताहरुलाई आवश्यक सल्लाह, सुझाब तथा प्रशिक्षण पनि उपलब्ध गराउंदै जाने, साथै संसार भरीका मगरहरुलाई समेट्दै लैजाने हाम्रो उदेश्य रहेको छ । “Let’s create opportunities investing in our own country, participate in nation building being self- dependent” Magars Creation Company Pvt. Ltd. has been established with the goal of betterment in economical and social development of our Magar community by creating opportunities, investing in our own country and participating in nation building process. It aims to provide appropriate employments, expertise and opportunities of business investment. We have launched this company with the strong belief that we Magars need to work for ourselves. It is very painful that most of the people of our community are compelled to sell their labor in a very low wages in the foreign land whereas they have zeal and capacity to lead the nation. If this situation continues rapidly like this then it will be the time very soon when our country will be youth less. Therefore, it is essential to forward step for us and our future generation. Focusing on these key issues, this Magars creation company has been running for 3 years by young Magars businessmen who have worked several years in America, Europe, Israel, Australia and Gulf countries with the vision of investing and doing something for own motherland collaboratively. Magars Creation Company is successful in providing employments to youth in a short period of time by investing in different sectors of Nepal industry and business and established it as a job oriented company. This company has set the example that through strong will power and patience if we unite then we can do a lot even in our country. It is not necessary to go abroad. For this, we request whole Nepalese to do something for securing future in our motherland by working together and investing here. We have strong faith in collaborative investment and team work.
