काठमाडौँ उपत्यकामा प्रहरीले एउटा अनौठो उर्दी जारी गरेको छ। काठमाडौँ उपत्यका प्रहरी कार्यालय रानीपोखरीले शहरवासीलाई ठूलो आवाज आउने खालका क्रियाकलापहरु नगर्न उर्दी जारी गरेको हो। प्रहरीको शान्त, तथा अवरोधमुक्त छिमेकी अभियान अन्तरगत यस्तो उर्दी जारी गरिएको छ।
५ वटा मुख्य शीर्षक र अनेकन उपशीर्षकमा कार्यालयले ध्वनी र प्रदुषण नियन्त्रणका लागि विभिन्न सल्लाहहरु दिएको छ। विभिन्न मानवीय क्रियाकलपाका कारण ध्वनि प्रदुषण उत्पन्न भएर गर्भवती महिला, बाबालिका, वृद्धवृद्धालाई असर गर्ने कार्यालयले जनाएको छ।
राति अनावश्यक आवज नगर्ने शीर्षकमा कार्यालयले फोन कल गर्दा हेडफोन प्रयोग गर्न, वा म्यासेजमै सम्वाद गर्न सुझाव दिएको छ। अबेरसम्म ठूलो स्वरले गफगाफ गर्न नहुने, भान्सामा भाँडाकुँडाको ठूलो आवाज ननिकाल्ने, राति गेट ढक्ढकाउने र बेल बजाउने काम नगर्ने, अमेरिसम्म म्इुजिक बजाएर नाचगान नगर्ने लगायतका सुझाव छन्।
यस्तै, बिहानको शान्ति कायम राखौं शीर्षकमा बिहानको नित्य कर्म गर्दा अनावश्यक खोक्ने र खकार्ने कार्य नगर्न भनिएको छ। गेट खोल्दा आवाज कम गर्ने, मोटरसाइकलमा अन्य सवारी साधन बिहानै स्टार्ट गरेर ठूलो आवाज ननिकाल्ने सुझाव कार्यालयले दिएको।
यस्तै, राति अबेर शौचालय फ्लस गर्दा ध्वनी कम गर्ने उपाय अपनाउन, राति अबेर वा बिहान सबेरै प्रेसर कुकुरमा सिटी नलगाउन समेत भनिएको छ । कार्यालयले ध्वनी प्रदुषण गर्ने व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सम्वन्धित निकायले ३ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना गर्न सक्ने पनि बताएको छ ।
