There was one man who was privately photographing H*tler. This photographer was Hugo Jaeger. He travelled with H*tler in the years leading up to and throughout World War II and took around 2,000 colour photographs.

He is one of the very few people who were using colored films back in those days and here are some colored photographs - World War Il as seen never before... These images were sold to TIMES after being hidden for more than 50 years.

पूर्व प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली र जिल्ला सुरक्षा समितिका अध्यक्षविरुद्ध मुद्दा चलाउन सिफारिस

नेपालमा गठित एक अनुसन्धान आयोगले तत्कालीन प्रधानमन्त्री K. P. Sharma Oli तथा सम्बन्धित जिल्ला सुरक्षा समितिका अध्यक्ष विरुद्ध मुद्दा चलाउन सिफारिस गरेको छ।

नेपाली समाचार पोर्टल Ratopati मा प्रकाशित समाचारअनुसार उक्त आयोगले आफ्नो अनुसन्धान प्रतिवेदन सरकारलाई बुझाउँदै सुरक्षा निर्णयसँग सम्बन्धित जिम्मेवार पदाधिकारीमाथि कानुनी कारबाही गर्न सिफारिस गरेको हो।

अनुसन्धान आयोग किन गठन गरिएको थियो

प्रदर्शन र आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएको हिंसात्मक घटनापछि सरकारद्वारा एक अनुसन्धान आयोग गठन गरिएको थियो। उक्त घटनामा जनधनको क्षति, घाइते हुने घटना तथा सम्पत्तिमा क्षति पुगेको विषयलाई लिएर जिम्मेवारी कसको थियो भन्ने विषयमा अनुसन्धान गरिएको थियो।

आयोगले सुरक्षा निकायले प्रयोग गरेको बल, आदेशको श्रृंखला तथा जिल्ला तहमा गरिएको सुरक्षा निर्णयहरूको विस्तृत अध्ययन गरेको बताइएको छ।

आयोगको मुख्य निष्कर्ष

आयोगले आफ्नो प्रतिवेदनमा केही सरकारी निर्णय तथा सुरक्षा संयन्त्रका कदमहरूका कारण घटनाले गम्भीर रूप लिएको हुनसक्ने उल्लेख गरेको छ। त्यसैले सम्बन्धित जिम्मेवार व्यक्तिहरूमाथि कानुनी प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन सिफारिस गरिएको हो।

यस सिफारिसमा तत्कालीन प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली तथा सुरक्षा संयन्त्रको नेतृत्व गर्ने जिल्ला सुरक्षा समितिका अध्यक्षसमेत समावेश गरिएको समाचारमा उल्लेख छ।

“मुद्दा चलाउन सिफारिस” को अर्थ

अनुसन्धान आयोगको सिफारिसले कसैलाई दोषी ठहर गरेको भन्ने अर्थ हुँदैन। यसको अर्थ केवल यति मात्र हो कि आयोगले आफ्नो प्रतिवेदनका आधारमा सम्बन्धित निकायलाई कानुनी प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्न विचार गर्नुपर्ने सुझाव दिएको हो।

यदि सरकारी निकायले उक्त सिफारिसलाई स्वीकार गरेमा त्यसपछि कानुनी प्रक्रिया सुरु हुन सक्छ र अन्तिम निर्णय अदालतले गर्नेछ।

अब के हुन सक्छ

यदि सरकारले आयोगको प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने निर्णय गरेमा:
• अभियोजन प्रक्रिया सुरु हुन सक्छ
• अदालतमा मुद्दा दायर हुन सक्छ
• कानुनी अनुसन्धान र सुनुवाइ हुन सक्छ

अन्तिम निर्णय भने अदालतबाट मात्र हुनेछ।
