Our Story

Change Media Service (CMS) is one of the emerging communication enterprises in the field of development communication and was established in 2012 with the vision to contributing significantly to this field. We have been working in branding and printing, video documentary, human resource management and secretarial services, awareness campaign and training of development institutions and projects for the last five years, which has earned us recognition and confidence in this field. The experience gained over the years has helped us to improve our working environment, job performance and the customer service. Adequate skills, understanding and attitudes based on efficient communication are significant for a good working approach and we have notably enhanced this. We now undertake various issues through different activities in order to induce positive changes in the development field and other social areas. We have been continuously engaged in behavioural change communication. CMS is known for its imagination, creativity and presentation. CMS is a demand-oriented organization and it maintains a genuine interest in social and development issues. We undertake development of manuals and materials for communication and facilitation. Our experience and feedbacks have shown that the materials we developed are dynamic, innovative and helpful for all concerned parties. CMS believes in good concept, vision and a good package of them for a useful communication approach. CMS has also gained experience in working with the disaster theme. It has bagged some awards for its communication expertise in different development themes. (See CMS profile summary attached herewith) We have already been involved with different projects of UNOPS, FAO, SCF, Plan International, CARE Nepal-JIVAN Oxfam, UNICEF adolescent programme, Ecosystem base adaptation (EbA/UNDP), UNDP- Nepal and HELVETAS Nepal- Employment Fund , REED Forestry, Department of Forestry (DoF) for the production and supply of different types of promotional materials, thematic video documentary and designing and printing different office stationary supplies . We have also worked with different national and international organization for development communication job.
