डिजाइन थिंकिंग एक रचनात्मक र समस्याको समाधान गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो जसले प्रयोगकर्ताको आवश्यकता र अनुभवलाई प्राथमिकता दिन्छ। यस प्रक्रिया मार्फत, तपाईं समस्याहरूलाई नयाँ तरिकामा बुझ्न र समाधान गर्न सक्षम हुनुहुन्छ।

👉 चरण १: सहानुभूति (Empathize)
पहिलो चरणमा हामी प्रयोगकर्तासँग कुरा गरेर तिनीहरूको समस्या र आवश्यकता बुझ्छौं।

👉 चरण २: समस्या परिभाषित गर्नु (Define)
प्राप्त जानकारीको विश्लेषण गरेर हामी स्पष्ट समस्यालाई परिभाषित गर्छौं।

👉 चरण ३: विचार (Ideate)
हामी विभिन्न विचारहरू र समाधानहरू प्रस्तुत गर्छौं ताकि नयाँ र रचनात्मक समाधान निकाल्न सकियोस्।

👉 चरण ४: नमूना बनाउनु (Prototype)
समाधानको एउटा प्रारम्भिक नमूना तयार गर्छौं जुन प्रयोगकर्तासँग परीक्षण गर्न सकिन्छ।

👉 चरण ५: परीक्षण (Test)
नमूना परीक्षण गरेर प्रयोगकर्ताबाट प्रतिक्रिया लिन्छौं र समाधानलाई अझ सुधार्छौं।

I’m still learning and honestly, sometimes it feels like a lot. But then I read “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, and it really made sense to me that small actions, done every day, can lead to big results.

So, I started with small things—reading an article, asking someone for advice, or just thinking for a few minutes. At first, it didn’t seem like much. But now, those tiny steps have helped me move forward.

🔑 What I learned:
You don’t need to do everything all at once. The small steps you take, even if they seem tiny, add up and make a big difference in the long run.

If you’re feeling stuck, just take that small step. It’ll lead you somewhere good. 🔥
