Five years ago, four friends decided to take a chance on something uncertain. We did not have a roadmap. Just a camera, ideas we believed in, and the stubborn thought that maybe we could build something of our own.

Kathacharya grew through long shoots, longer edit nights, mistakes, small wins, and people who trusted us before we even fully trusted ourselves.

To every client, collaborator, and friend who believed in what we were building, thank you.

Five years later, what began as an idea has grown into a studio with an amazing team trusted by brands, creators, and storytellers to bring ideas to life.

As the country celebrates an eventful week, we celebrate the mark of a new beginning too!

Our latest documentary, filmed during and after the 19th World Sanskrit Conference in Kathmandu (June 2025), explores Sanskrit as a living language — one that bridges time, geography, and generations.
