On the auspicious occasion of Ghatasthapana, our little learners from the Preschool section embraced the beautiful tradition of sowing seeds for Jamara — a meaningful beginning that symbolizes growth, patience, hope, and the nurturing of life. 🌾💚

In the traditional Navadurga sequence, the first day is associated with Goddess Shailaputri, who symbolizes strength, stability, and a firm foundation. Just as a seed needs care, nourishment, and time to grow, every child needs love, guidance, and opportunities to flourish. 🌱✨

At Laligurans Batika Secondary School, we believe that traditions offer valuable opportunities to learn about our roots, appreciate our cultural heritage, and discover universal values that connect us all. Today, our Class 7 students brought the Social Studies chapter “हाम्रो भेषभुषा” to life through a wonderful presentation. Dressed in beautiful cultural attire and presenting cultural dances and traditions, they made the lesson meaningful, lively and memorable. 🇳🇵
It was a beautiful opportunity for our students to learn about, experience and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of Nepal.
Heartfelt appreciation to our students for their enthusiastic participation, and sincere thanks to Sarala Ma’am and Manisha Ma’am for their guidance, support and efforts in making this presentation special. ❤️
