This is the official livestream of the 2026 Firefighter Sky Tower Challenge, delivered by FireUp Events in support of Blood Cancer NZ, with the generous cooperation and venue support of SkyCity Auckland.

The Firefighter Sky Tower Challenge is an annual fundraising event benefiting Blood Cancer NZ. Each year, firefighters from across New Zealand - along with international competitors from Australia, the United States, Chile, and Germany - fundraise and compete by climbing Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower in full firefighting gear.

Beyond The Dugout OB1 South Bound after a fantastic weekend at the WBSC U18 Men’s Oceania World Cup Qualifier in Palmerston North.

We loved the event with 21 Crew broadcasting live to Whakaata Māori+ with viewers from all of Aotearoa and the world 🌎.

Softball New Zealand & the host Manawatū Softball Association were fantastic lifting the bar to a new level.

Congratulations to our SNZ U18 Junior Black Sox on winning the title. They played with passion, mana & an unrelentless desire to represent New Zealand and the whanau community. The Haka was on point!

James an Adelaide resident has continued to further his broadcasting skills in Australia for more than 10 years, and is now considered the best Softball Commentator in Australia.

We see this collaboration as another example of how close the Softball NZ and Softball Australia partnership has become.

We are sure the Australian viewers will love having one of their own on the broadcast team, and giving valuable insights to Softball in Australia.
