HAPPY NEW YEAR..

Kia ora whanau Hope u all had a blessed Xmas day shares with love laugher and kai.
We had a awesum Xmas day chilled riding motorbikes eating laughing and making memory's to last a lifetime.

Well today we back into it first appointment for 2025.
CT scan on my chest fingers crossed it comes back nice and clear.
I have another appointment on the 20th with Caleb my oncologist I guess that's our where to from here and to let me know I'm guessing on how treatment went.
Hopefully we never have to see him again eva lols I mean that in the nicest way possible lols.

I really ain't sure how all u lady's do it..
This hair thing omg mines growing back slowly lols its bloody annoying having to brush it EVEEERYDAY lols.
Not sure if il ever get used to it lols il give it ago till I can't no more and then oops it might fall back into dreads lols.

Kia ora whanau
Well I am 1 month out from radiation and I have radiation burns on my neck or my b**b and under and also under my armpit. It's been very sore worse than a sunburn. I've been given fatty cream to rub on.
Apart from that my I'm feeling great as far as that all goes.

We've been really busy we went to Gisborne for our whanau reunion last week honestly that was amazing something I needed to do for along time.

I've come back with a chest infection I've been really sick 4 days in bed. But getting better now yay.

Well we done did it.
A whole year, today marks a year since I got diagnosed stage 2 breast cancer.

It's been a hard year for me and my whanau.
That tunnel was so dark as it wasn't just my lump in my b**b but also cancer in my lymph nodes which is why we needed to do chemo.
From mri to bone scans to chest xrays to ultra sounds to chemo to radiation we've been there and done that.

I finished radiation yesterday and they kicked me out don't get me wrong Im so happy to be kicked out of there lols.
2 months we will be having tests done to see if things have worked.

Now to start living my best life with my whanau and not look back.

You all have been amazing thru all of this journey with me sending pms and ringing to make sure we doing ok. Thank you all I appreciate you all soooo much.
Got a few things in the pipeline regarding merch whanau so keep a eye out for that.

Kia ora whanau

Well we are about to head to our last radiation.
We done did it whanau what a f**kn year it's been.
This time last year was so dark whanau I didn't know if I would even b here. 8 months of chemo and 3 weeks of radiation done.

It hasn't been easy tho whanau I've been bloody sick thru it all the chemo was over dosing me so had to have a reduction that s**t definitely knocked me around.
It's been a journey my baby's watching me spewing stuck in bed for days and not being able to go to there school functions has been really hard.
I promised them wen this is all over we will b living our best lives.
No looking back only forwards.

Well whanau il update u all tomorow as it's been a year since diagnosis tomorow.

Well we are day 2 into week 2.
Feeling gud just feeling really lethargic.
Throwing it out to the universe that I got this and it stays like this.
I can't thank the cancer society enough they have amazing volunteer driver's that pick me up everyday to take me to my radiation and then I txt and by the time I'm back upstairs to the main entrance they are parked outside waiting for me.
Takes so much pressure off with finding a park I tell ya.
Today's my sons birthday he's a huge 14 today.
Happy birthday my boy mum will see u on Friday.

Just another reason to hurry this s**t up as all my baby's bdays are coming up and this mamas not even home not to mention my diagnosis date is creeping up too.
