They say it’s not bibingka without banana leaves… so let’s just call this Galapong, shall we? 😂🙈

I’ve been craving this for the longest time but never had the chance (or energy) to make some just for myself. Honestly, banana leaves can be frustrating to work with and so time-consuming! So today, I skipped them… and guess what? Still tastes the same. Still sooo good! 🤤😋

Finally, craving satisfied. ✅

It’s always a risk… you never really know if people will show up, if you’ll sell out, or go home with leftovers.🙈

The smiles are real but so are the struggles.🤭 No one truly tells you how tough market life can be… until you’re living it.✔️

But through it all, I’m grateful for the incredible women I’ve met on this journey.

It reminded me of my own kids, and why I always say: if I wouldn’t serve it to them, I won’t serve it at all.
