I found these at garden centre tucked in the corner with all the other dry plants and asked customer service if they were still for sale. The lady I spoke to wasn't too sure because of how they looked. I took them home for $1 each. I don't have any experience reviving Alocasias, but I am up for the challenge. I placed one in sphagnum moss and the other in a chunky mix. 🤞

4 out of the 5 corms that came from the Variegated Black Velvet mother plant produced a white/light pink leaf. I think they should just be called White Velvet Alocasia 😅 Seriously though, I hope they survive and produce darker coloured leaves.
