Quarantine can be hard and depression a big problem so I have decided to share my Mood Boosting Morning Smoothie. It's has all the essential Vitamins and minerals you need to keep your brain and body functioning optimally. So try it out and keep the blues at bay.

This smoothie contains the Vit C, B6, Omega 3, Zinc, Magnesium, Folate and Selenium (if your nut mix contains Brazil nuts like mine) The only essential vitamin it is missing is Vitamin D. So take you smoothie outside and soak up some rays if you can. Its a beautiful day here in Auckland so that's where I am heading.

Half a cup Almond milk
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Strawberries
1 Banana
2-3 handfuls of Baby Spinach
1 Tablespoon of Nuts
1 teaspoon of China Seeds

Blend well and enjoy...
