August 11th 2025>Starting weight:113.1kg
BMI-39.1
September 9th 2025>108.3kg
BMI-37.5
So even though I don't see much change I feel it and I am wo glad I an still losing and not gaining!!

My daughter's partner is an amazing dad too their soon to be 1 year old son my adorable grandson and I am so happy that he was chosen. He still doesn't know but he will tomorrow when we rock up with some delicious baked goodies from the lovely business Flying Apronz

It's been a wee while but I've been battling with tonsillitis for the past few days which has resulted in me becoming a little lazy in my fitness journey but I have just come back from a really lovely walk/jog around my lovely block and I feel much better even though my tonsils are still at large 😆.

Even when I don't want too I'll still do it.
There are going to be days where it is harder than others and mentally draining but if I can overcome my mental barriers and keep pushing and think of the goal at the end that keeps me going then I'll be ok.
